Uulki extra Pure linseed oil is a universal linseed oil suitable for all types of wood
* Uulki extra Pure linseed oil can be used for all types of wood, such as pine, cedar, oak, walnut, teak, beech, plywood, …
* Use on unfinished or porous wooden surfaces and oiled or waxed wooden surfaces with open pores.
*If the wood pores are closed, f.ex. with varnish or lacquer, first remove the old finishes by sanding the wood.

Wood protection with Uulki extra Pure linseed oil: instructions
Apply a first coat on a dry clean surface with a brush, roller or lint-free cloth. Rub in the direction of the wood grain. 30 minutes after application, wipe the surface to remove any excess oil. If you don’t complete this step, you may end up with a sticky surface. Apply 2-3 coats at 12 to 24 hours intervals, depending on the condition of the wood. More porous or old wood will require extra coats. The treated surface will be completely dry after about 2 to 3 weeks.
Caution: Oily cloths produce volatile substances. Therefore, dry used cloths flat to prevent the small possibility of spontaneous combustion.
